Spending the day at the heating provider’s store

I own a heating corp and what I have learned over the years from other entrepreneurs has helped me thus far.

I created the business about a decade ago and I have learned so much through the year.

I would always spend my day at the main office of the company as that is where my office was. However, dad always advised me to make a point of visiting the other stores that we had around town. Today I was meant to spend the day at the first heating provider I ever opened. The purpose of the visit was to check on the operations as well as the cashier books. After signing off on the new energy-saving help tips booklet, I started for the store. When I got there, the HVAC repairman was scheduling a furnace/heater tune-up at a residential area for a damaged gas furnace. I checked the stock records to see the heating equipment we needed to restock. I noticed that the washable filters were still so many. Customers were opting for disposable filters because they were more efficient. A fan favorite was the gas fireplace. We had almost run through them. The rest of the technicians were out doing duct cleaning on ductwork in a commercial building. The dirty HVAC ducts were affecting airflow as well as the quality of air. While I was at the store, there came several customers inquiring about efficient home services. Since it was fall, we also received a lot of boiler installation requests. We were in the business of providing whole-home heating and we did it very well.
