The air vent of my central heating and air conditioning system is loose in my bathroom. It always rattles every single time the central heating or the cooling comes on. It is something that is getting to be quite dangerous because if the air vent actually falls, it could hurt someone or worse. Because that is a very heavy metal plate! So what I ended up doing was going up on a chair and for now securing the loose air vent to my central heating and air conditioning system unit by using some duct tape. It is not a permanent solution but it is a temporary solution. It will give me enough time to call the local heating and air conditioning company to send out a certified heating and cooling specialist to fix the air vent in the bathroom that is part of my central heating and air conditioning system unit! I will be calling the local heating and air conditioning company tomorrow to get the HVAC appointment all set up so I can get this loose air vent finally fixed. I do not care how much it is going to cost. So long as it is fixed and it is safe to go into the bathroom without running the risk of the air vent crashing down on someone’s head. That would not be a good thing at all. But for now because of the duct tape that I put on there I will be able to be ok with it and it should not crash down on anyone within the next few days.
