In this case complete absence is worse, at least if they have been here they could have at least attempted to maintenance it
Yesterday was a bad day for me. I had an appointment with a heating & air conditioning contractor to have my oil furnace fixed. I have been having on & off problems with my gas furnace & I need to make sure that everything is nice with it before the Winter time comes. Both of us are in June now & we do not have easily many months left of the Fall before we will be headed straight into winter. As you can imagine, the A/C dealers are already tied up enough as it is, getting all the people’s oil oil furnaces ready for winter. So imagine my surprise & anger when yesterday my heating & A/C appointment never came. The Heating & A/C dealers never showed up! There’s excruciating maintenance & then there’s complete absence. In this case complete absence is worse, at least if they have been here they could have at least attempted to maintenance it. I called the Heating & A/C contractor to complain about their no-show, & came to find out the reason why they didn’t show up was because their Heating & A/C person had broken down alongside the road & they wouldn’t be able to make the appointment in time. So they rescheduled myself and others for a month from now, & provided myself and others a discount for the trouble. At least they attempted to write the wrong so that I am still unhappy that I now have to wait another month for another heating & A/C appointment.
