We had a major leak in the roof, plus the rain was pouring between the walls plus ending up in the basement. My pal Ed and I didn’t realize how much it had rained until my fiance went into the basement to check to see if our sump pump was on, and not only was it turned off, but there was almost 1 foot of standing water surrounding the heater. Since the roof was so seasoned plus needed replaced anyway, our insurance supplier wouldn’t cover the disfigurement done to the heater, plus Ed and I were on our own. The Heating as well as Air Conditioning supplier said the air conditioning would be fine, but the heater needed to be replaced. I wasn’t glad about this, but my pal and I had no choice. Ed and I asked the Heating as well as Air Conditioning supplier for a bid on the heater, plus it was much higher than Ed and I expected. Since my pal and I had a couple of weeks to make a decision, Ed and I wanted to get a few more quotes. Of all the quotes Ed and I got for a new heater, the one my pal and I got from our correct Heating as well as Air Conditioning supplier was the best. They included upgrade of the heater in their quote. Ed plus I didn’t even need to talk about our decision on which Heating as well as Air Conditioning supplier Ed and I should use. When the last bid came in, she was on the iphone to the Heating as well as Air Conditioning supplier before I could even ask. A week later, they were inside our home installing the heater that had been delivered the afternoon before. I’m not stoked that the insurance supplier wouldn’t even cover a portion of the new heater cost, but as our oldest child says, ‘it is what it is’.
