My wife and I have a smart Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C method in our apartment here, including a smart thermostat. We love it so much. Our energy costs have been cut in half since getting it a few years ago. We were thinking about possibly replacing our current smart thermostat with a Wi-Fi smart thermostat so that we’d be able to control it from our iphones while on the road. Occasionally every one of us likes to change the temperature in the apartment before we might get back home. So we do it from the car so that the apartment is nice plus comfortable when every one of us arrives. Honestly, the energy usage from the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C method is so low that it doesn’t matter if every one of us keeps the apartment really chilly or really moderate while in the extreme outdoor temperatures that we get here in this part of the country. I can’t believe I used to pay up to $550 a month to cool or heat our apartment when every one of us had the seasoned unit, however now with the current Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C method our monthly power bills are more in the $155 range. I just didn’t realize how much more efficient the units have become until talking to an expert about them before having 1 installed in our house. It actually took them about two weeks to install the unit because every one of us had all brand current HVAC duct plus a current air handler, which had to be custom fit to be able to go in the room where the old one had been. They were doing a lot of extra construction in the house. But now we are all ecstatic with it plus take good care of it. We get an HVAC company to come by to service it often.
