Mark & Cindy have been married for 10 years, and all through their marriage, they lived in strange cities in apartment buildings… They are career-oriented folks who never quite saw themselves as potential parents.
They agreed before getting married that they’d build their careers & then consider the family later… However, life had other plans… Cindy’s sibling & her 2-year-old daughter were driving lake beach house 1 rainy night, & she lost control of her car.
The little girl made it, however her mom didn’t survive the crash. As the godmother of her niece, Cindy found herself with a 2-year-old girl to take care of, then she & Mark rose to the challenge, found a charming beach house with a yard, & began studying parenting on the job. Their current lake beach house is in a fantastic location & has all they need, including a reliable heating system system! But, having stayed in rental apartments all along, there were things about heating & cooling they had to learn. For instance, they had an issue with the heating system during their first Winter in the current house, it was working however blowing less warm air into their home, and mark & Cindy had no clue why the heating system was abruptly not working efficiently. Cindy’s friend commanded them to contact an Heating, Ventilation & A/C expert to take a look… Perhaps the air filter was clogged, or the entire device needed some cleaning to work efficiently. Cindy’s friend was right about the dirty air filter causing the heating system to blow less warm air into their home. After replacing the air filter & fixing a few faulty parts, they had more heat.
