My wife plus I have regularly followed the rules plus done what was expected of us.
I’m not so sure that I would advise my daughters to live by that example.
It’s not the easiest thing to confess but my wife plus I both have come to realize that both of us did what both of us were supposed to do much more than what both of us preferred to do. We got out of university, had nice jobs plus obtained a current household with great residential Heating plus A/C. Then both of us started having kids. Soon, our little household was too small. Like everyone, both of us then obtained a larger locale plus had even better residential Heating plus A/C. It was basically all about getting more plus doing better. We were also pretty miserable. While both of us were so grateful to be raising fantastic young ladies, both of us were paying a price as well. Both of us were over the work both of us did plus both of us were not huge fans of the winter season. The thought of going through one more challenging winter being stuck inside the Heating plus A/C heating for several months was unbearable. So once our last kid left for university, both of us updated the Heating plus A/C device once more plus sold that house hold. Thankfully, both of us sold it right at the peak of the recent Heating plus A/C bubble. This allowed us to follow our passion plus transfer south where the greatest concern basically is getting enough Heating plus A/C cooling. We were able to find jobs that interest us plus we’re sentimental about. The proceeds from the sale of the current household are a great insurance policy. But we’ve greatly simplified our lives in order to focus on living them rather than while both of us were in them. And all this central air conditioning plus almost zero winter cold most definitely helps.
