I have a smart Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan in our apartment here, including a smart control unit, and the two of us are so grateful for it.
Our utility bills have gone down a lot since getting this new unit installed a couple of years ago.
I’m thinking about possibly replacing our new smart control unit with a wireless smart control unit. We could control it from our iPhones while on the road. Sporadically the two of us love to change the temperature in the apartment before the two of us get back to the apartment. We love to do it from the car so the apartment is nice and comfortable when the two of us arrive back home. The energy usage from the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan is so low that it doesn’t matter if the two of us keep the apartment absolutely freezing with drastic temperatures the two of us get in this town. I used to spend my money up to $450 a month to cool or heat our apartment when the two of us had the outdated unit, but now with our new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan, our power bills are much cheaper. I justI didn’t realize how much more efficient the units have become until talking to an expert about them before having it installed in our house. It took them about more than a week to install the unit because the two of us had all brand new ductwork and a new air handler, which had to be custom fit to be able to go in the room where the outdated unit was. They had to do a lot of extra construction in the house. The people I live with and I are delighted with it and take fantastic care of it.
