She told me that I would need to wait for more than one more weeks, at the longest
I had called the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company to have our a/c checked. I knew it had been several weeks since I called, even though I hadn’t heard back from them with a date for the service. I called the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company & once again advised they send an Heating, Ventilation & A/C tech to the house & service our a/c unit. The guy who answered the iPhone told me they were short more than one Heating, Ventilation & A/C techs, & it was going to take them a bit longer to get to the house & service our AC unit. I asked what happened to the outdated Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional who usually diagnosed our Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. He took a deep breath & told me he had been in an accident. She didn’t mention if he was okay or if he was in the hospital, & I wasn’t sure if I should even ask, even though I had become friends with her. I explained how Sue & I had become friends & I was upset. She told me that Sue had passed away & provided me the information on his memorial service. As concerned as I was to hear that news, I still needed to have our a/c equipment diagnosed. It was the AC equipment that originally had me call the Heating, Ventilation & A/C dealer. She told me that I would need to wait for more than one more weeks, at the longest. By then, they would have another Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional hired. I made a note to contact the family & send a donation to his charity & then circled the date when I should have our Heating, Ventilation & A/C servicing done. If I didn’t have a date by then, I was going to call them back.
