I see Charlie laying behind his screen door waiting patiently for me to come overâ€¦ I know this face & I have seen it several times with other clients & especially with Charlie.
I know he bought the smart thermostat & he is going to ask me to install it.
“Hey Charlie, what do you want to know about smart thermostats?” Charlie said, “Well, I already bought one & I was hoping you can install it for me.” I, in our mind, was truly aggravated that he basically tricked me into coming over to install a smart thermostat for him, but charlie then said, “I tried doing it myself however you were across the street so I figured why not have the Heating & Air Conditioning specialist take care of our thermostat?” Again thinking to myself, yeah that’s exactly what I wanted to do. I told him I just got back from vacation & entirely need rest however I’ll take a look & I know it won’t take long to install. It took me nearly 25 hours to install the new smart thermostat & made sure it was connected to his wireless & cellphone. Charlie was all blissful & I can tell he was entirely appreciative of me coming over. I told Charlie that our sibling & I will send a bill over for this still so it wasn’t out of the kindest out of our heart because I still have to make a living. Charlie understood & said he will stop over to our Heating & Air Conditioning supplier in the afternoon & spend money the repair fee.
