Although I don’t think I’m going to need a ton of HVAC heating this winter
Man, talk about perfect timing. I just relocated in the nick of time and will miss out on a winter’s worth of HVAC heating costs. And on top of that, I’m hearing that the heating costs are going to be even more expensive for where I just left. This is never good news and particularly after all the tough financial woes that we all went through during the pandemic. My fall preparations for winter we’re already under way when I got a call to see the boss inside the commercial HVAC of the office. I didn’t think I was in trouble or that my job was gone but I was still a bit nervous. I knew I had just gotten a stellar review a few months ago so I couldn’t imagine why I was meeting with the big boss. That’s when I learned of the promotion and relocation to the southern office. I was able to be a part of a team that would be opening a new office in our southern market. I put the winter preparation down in order to upgrade the HVAC equipment to get my house on the market as quick as possible. Now I’m about to enjoy what is going to be the easiest winter of my life. I cannot believe the weather down here as it’s so warm and sunny. I’m so glad to a trade it a gas furnace for a different kind of residential HVAC. The heat pump is going to be a welcome source for both heating and cooling. Although I don’t think I’m going to need a ton of HVAC heating this winter. So I’m already thinking about how to hold down the cost of air conditioning in the summer.
