Getting the house’s HVAC system ready before selling it

All of us purchased the loft when both of us married but knew both of us would not stay there for long, and until the previous Summer, both of us had not been serious about relocating to another state… After meeting with our realtor, both of us started working on renovating the loft so that when both of us finally put it on the market, and with the renovation, it would sell faster and at an even-handed price.

One of the things both of us needed to do was ensure that the heating, ventilation and A/C system was functioning optimally, but to help us out would be the a/c business who had been providing our loft with quality A/C services since both of us moved in.

A conversation with the a/c professional revealed how much the heating industry had finally changed. Technology was now easily advanced and still evolving. All of us are busy with the maintenance with the same a/c supplier for the following week. As both of us were renovating the house, both of us would still be occupying it until both of us finally agreed on an offer, and meanwhile, both of us were still looking for a place in the other state with the help of a great realtor our sister commanded, then fortunately, our air conditioning setup did not need a lot of complicated repairs as both of us had diagnosed its function with proper checkups and tune-ups. The digital temperature control was okay, but the A/C filter would also need replacing in a fortnight or so, but that would be up to the new owners. They finally might decide to use a HEPA filter instead. The cooling expert said our system only required a redo of the duct sealing as parts of the ductwork had come undone. On the other side, the relator had found a loft with an electric heat pump, and according to her, the air quality was superb. The relator had called another commercial a/c supplier to inspect the unit, and everything was move-in-ready.
