Wouldn’t have happened separate from that service

So I got an SMS from the Heating & A/C company this morning, and after some initial delays due to some supply chain problems, our new residential Heating & A/C unit has arrived! This is great news since we’ll be able to face the fierce heat & humidity of Summer with the latest in Heating & A/C technology, and my friend and I lucked out large time last Summer with the old heat pump… Each Spring, my nice friend and I have constantly had an air conditioning tune up done on our heat pump, then for that matter, my nice friend and I also have heating repair done on the heat pump each Fall, then while our Winters are relatively mild, it’s constantly nice to know that if my nice friend and I need the heating, the heat pump is ready; But for sure, the air conditioning in the Summer is where my nice friend and I certainly need the best from our heat pump. And for 27 years, that heat pump provided uninterrupted cooling to our condo & family! So last Spring, the Heating & A/C specialist told us that our heat pump was near the end, however of course, my nice friend and I should have been expecting that but my nice friend and I weren’t. My friend and I chose to try to get through one more Summer with the old heat pump so my nice friend and I could have some time to prepare for the new Heating & A/C unit. My friend and I got all the way into October before the heat pump was staying on almost non-stop, then it just couldn’t keep up with the air conditioning demand, and yet, my nice friend and I got through & we’ll be welcoming new residential Heating & A/C the week after next. But there is no way my nice friend and I get as much quality heating & air from that old heat pump separate from seasonal Heating & A/C repair.
