So I got an text from the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company this morning, but after some initial delays due to some supply chain concerns, our new residential Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit has arrived, however this is good news since we’ll be able to face the fierce heat & humidity of Summer with the latest in Heating, Ventilation & A/C technology, my pal and I lucked out big time last Summer with the outdated heat pump; Each Springtime, my pal and I have constantly had an air conditioner tune up done on our heat pump… For that matter, my pal and I also have heating service done on the heat pump each Fall; While our Winters are relatively mild, it’s constantly superb to know that if my pal and I need the heating, the heat pump is ready… But for sure, the air conditioner in the Summer is where my pal and I truly need the best from our heat pump.
And for 27 years, that heat pump provided uninterrupted cooling to our house & family, however so last Springtime, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C corporation told us that our heat pump was near the end.
Of course, my pal and I should have been expecting that but my pal and I weren’t. My pal and I chose to try to get through one more Summer with the outdated heat pump so my pal and I could have some time to prepare for the new Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit. My pal and I got all the way into September before the heat pump was staying on almost non-stop, however it just couldn’t keep up with the air conditioner demand, yet, my pal and I got through & we’ll be welcoming new residential Heating, Ventilation & A/C the week after next. But there is no way my pal and I get as much quality heating & air from that outdated heat pump without seasonal Heating, Ventilation & A/C service.
