When Ed and I started ripping the walls out, I was repulsed to see what was going on behind them. Ants had gotten into the insulation. We could see the burrowing they were doing in the insulation. I refused to touch the insulation until Ed destroyed all the ants. All four walls were attacking the insulation, which made us see why our bedroom was so hard to heat plus cool. My mind was now wondering if it was possible that the ants were in every wall in the house. I wanted to call an exterminator to have them treat the entire home plus the surrounding grounds for ants. All the afternoons Ed and I spent shivering because our heater could not keep up with the cold. The summer time Ed and I sweltered inside the home because the air conditioning could not keep up and it swirled in my memory. I didn’t want to sleep in the bedroom or in the home until I was 100% sure they exterminated every ant. Ed laughed plus told me it could be worse. Ed and I could have termites in the wood along with the ants in the insulation. I called the local exterminator plus told them I wanted them to treat for termites when they were treating for ants. Ed and I were going to a hotel for one evening so my pal and I weren’t in the home with the chemicals, plus Ed and I would have air conditioning. If they were treating for termites, Ed and I would have three evenings with excellent AC, instead of one.

I could not think they took that long to complete the upgrade, even if they brought trainees with them.
