I just ran down to the hospital to take a quick coronavirus test and I guess they had the thermostat set to “Snowing”.

I am flying in various days and if I tested positive then both of us would have to get a dentist’s note saying I am okay to fly.

Luckily, my test was negative. Now I am house again and I have my central oil furnace on so I can moderate up from that frigid experience. I wonder why they have to keep the hospital so cold? I have no method even though I do have a good method that I am glad I didn’t become a dentist. I system on cleaning my Heating as well as A/C system this week as it has been a long time since doing so. I had the flu, not Covid, a few weeks ago and it was a single of the worst experiences with sickness I’ve felt in a long time. Covid is nothing compared to a poor flu. I was going to wash my air duct a week ago even though I was still coughing a lot and in no shape to be around dust and bacteria. I guess better now and should be able to wash everything, given that I wear a mask and make sure not to stir up a lot of dust when I am cleaning the vents and ducts. I have a washable HEPA filter so it isn’t a big deal removing the dust from it because I just put it in the dishwasher by itself and it comes out perfectly clean. I am going to just cool down my office this week with the zone control HVAC method I have.

• It’s pretty neat that you can cool down 1 room in the house without needing to cool down the whole place.

I suppose the smart control device knows because of the sensors in each room telling it what the temperature is. I’m not exactly sure how it knows the temperature in each room however there must be some kind of sensor in the vents or something because I don’t see any other way it could know. I used it during the Wintertide to heat particular rooms that I wanted heated and it did a great job of it. The HVAC supplier who installed it told me that they work genuinely well at keeping each room the temperature that you want. I love how technology has made life easier in particular ways, for example my robot vacuum cleaner that cleans the whole flat without me doing a thing. I just need to wash its HEPA filter once a week, along with a few other parts on it that get dusty. It only takes me about a hour or two every few afternoons with emptying the dust bin in it, besides that there legitimately is nothing else to do on it. I method to get an HVAC tune-up soon and am saving some cash each week to do so. The store near me is going to do it once I pull the trigger. They have a great HVAC repair team who will come out on a moment’s notice.

So this week is April 7th and I am living in a small southern Spanish beach neighborhood on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea.

The weather has been freezing here, about 55F during the afternoon and maybe 45F at evening, however it looks love this week we are going to hit 69F. I can finally turn off my furnace and give my smart control device a rest for the first time in about more than five months. I am ready to go back home and visit my family for the first time in almost numerous years, jeez I miss my mom so much. I method on helping his with his HVAC method by going to the local supplier and getting a cleaning kit for his central heat and air conditioner unit. The people I was with and I are going to tune it up and wash it while I am there because he doesn’t have a lot of cash to get it done. I suppose he does have the cash but he just wants me to help his do it so I am around more. I was a certified HVAC tech a long time ago so mom knows that I am totally capable of doing the job myself. I would love it if he cooked 1 of my favorite numerous meals he makes; stuffed pork chops, ham slab with noodles, or meatloaf. I would be delighted to tune up his HVAC method if he made 1 of those meals. If he made all numerous of them while I’m back then we will do a full repair job on his central heating unit.

 

Old Man Wintertide is Finally Losing His Grip on Us

I named my robot vacuum cleaner Barney because he just looks so innocent and sweet.

The only place Barney legitimately can’t wash on the floors is under my sofa.

The sofa sits too low for Barnet to get underneath. Maybe I could raise its legs a half inch then Barney could wash under it because I see lots of dust under there now. I vacuumed the sofa with my HEPA hand vacuum cleaner even though I couldn’t get under the sofa. I wonder how I could raise it up a half an inch? The sofa is a bit in the way of my smart control device so maybe I could transport the sofa over a few feet and Barney could wash that area for me. I don’t want to clog Barney though so maybe I should sweep up all of the big stuff that was where the sofa was before moving it. I’m going to look for a new gas furnace for my flat because I have an electric 1 that just costs way too much to operate. I suppose gas is a lot cheaper and cleaner for the environment so why not switch to it? I used to have a gas furnace a long time ago and I remember how cheap it was to heat my house with it. Hopefully it’s cheap now and I do not have to worry about how I’m going to spend money the power bills each month. Maybe I should get a gas tepid water furnace too, because I take a lot of baths and am sure it uses a lot of power.
