My heating and air conditioning system is rather old. And because of that it tends to be a bit more noisy than the current central heating and air conditioning systems on the market today. These older heat and a/c units make this big thump kind of noise every single time they turn on and they turn off. This kind of gets to be annoying when it happens at night while I am trying to sleep. Not always, but sometimes it actually wakes me up or jolts me while i’m trying to go to sleep. I may want to look into getting a brand new and more up to date central heating and air conditioning system unit. That way, I won’t have to deal with that loud thump noise any longer. Because it really bothers me. I actually think I am going to start looking into what is out there in terms of brand new central heating and air conditioning systems. And by this summer I plan to find and select a quality HVAC brand to replace this old central heating and air conditioning system with a brand new and up to date central heat and a/c unit. I have had the current heating and cooling system for almost 15 years, which is coming to the end of its lifespan anyhow. So a new heating and air conditioning unit is in order anyhow. Buying it early before the old HVAC system breaks down is probably a good idea so that I do not have to go through the headache of not having any heating or cooling in the event that did happen.

I have been wanting to get a heat pump to heat my home.

I am tired of central heating because it cost a lot to run with the energy use it takes up.

It gets pretty cold here and with the central heater running all the time I am going to go broke! With a heat pump I know I can save money on my energy use and make my bills a lot lower. It is just the fact of needing to find out what the best price of a heat pump actually is and where I can get such a deal. At normal price the heat pump is rather expensive. But I know there are deals out there when the heat pumps go on sale. I need to maybe search the internet or call around to assorted heating and air conditioning suppliers. By calling around for this, I can possibly find the deal I am looking for. I had a friend once who worked for a heating and air conditioning company and could have got me a discount through their own deal they have. However they have not worked for the heating and air conditioning company in many years. So I missed the boat on that one. If I can possibly just find what I need, all will be well and I can possibly buy the heat pump right away. I know installation is going to cost as well. But if the heat pump is much cheaper than the regular list price I will be able to afford the whole thing with ease and not even think about it.

For me and anyone living in the southwest, the holiday seasons go by so fast! One minute it is Christmas and cool nice weather, then you blink and you are right back to super hot hell for the rest of the year having to crank your central air conditioning system! I know I am not the only one who feels this way.

The reason for this is because in reality, you only have about 2 months of cool weather per year. That is December and January. It starts warming up in February and by mid March it is right back to 90 degrees all the time and then it quickly becomes over one hundred the other times. Running central air conditioning is something that is the normal around here. This is why everyone has super high electric bills also. But even if you were to try to beat it by picking up a portable air conditioning system, that would only work briefly until it got super hot. Then at the point you would have no choice but to use the central air conditioning. A portable air conditioning system is just not powerful enough to fight off the kind of heat and dry air quality we are stuck with here most of the year round. It really drags and it is a drag! I really wish that this whole climate change thing that’s going on would make this place freeze over. It would make life a whole lot easier for all of us who are stuck here.

When you want to look at getting radiant heated floors for your home, your current flooring is everything at the end of the day.

If you have tile or wood floors you are all set to get radiant heated floors installed into your home.

However if you have concrete floors with carpeting you either can not get radiant heated floors or you are going to have to get some major construction done. This is one reason why I never bought radiant heated floors. Because I have the set up to where I would need to have major thousands of dollars worth of construction done. And to be honest I can not afford that on top of the radiant heated floors themselves. It would be like getting radiant heated floors installed twice in my home. And that is a price way too high. So I had to skip the idea of getting radiant heated floors. That is fine with me. I really do not need radiant heated floors. I have a really good central heating and air conditioning system. And the central heating within my central heat and a/c unit works just fine to heat my home all together. If the day ever comes that my central heating is not working very good anymore then I will just have to buy a brand new and up to date central heat and a/c unit and not even think about radiant heated floors for my home. Getting a geothermal heat pump on the other hand, now that will work out just fine for me.

Until just recently, auto detailing was never a profession that ever really interested me.

I always thought that I would end up going to business school and becoming a businessman or a stockbroker or something along those lines.

However, recently, my friend asked me to help him out with his professional car detailing service. I was between jobs for the moment and he needed some help for a few weeks. So I told him that I would help him by filling in and doing some of the jobs to help out while he looked for someone else to hire for the business. Well, amazingly enough, I took to the auto detailing business like a duck takes to water. I absolutely loved doing the auto detailing jobs and it didn’t even feel like work to me most of the time. I never told him this, but I think that I would have done the auto detailing work for free because I found it to be so satisfying and fun. My friend was thinking about expanding his business and turning it into an automotive customization shop that also does auto detailing. When he told me that he was going to start doing vinyl wrapping, window tinting, vinyl lettering for cars, and exhaust modifications, it was like I had found my true calling. I decided to put business school off and help my friend grow his business instead. I think we will have a great business if we do everything just right! I’m excited to be getting in on the ground floor, so to speak.
