I was kind of taken by surprise when my central heating and air conditioning system unit ended up blowing out.

I had just had my heat and a/c tune up from the local heating and air conditioning company.

They said that my central heating and cooling system was working very good. So when the HVAC system blew out I really did not understand. It turned out that a fuse had blown in the electric in the house. It actually had nothing to do with the central heating and cooling system. I found this out through general troubleshooting. I knew it had to be something simple and temporary like this. So I went outside to the breaker box, flipped the fuse, and the central heating and air conditioning system turned right back on and was working good as new as it should be. I am glad I did not jump the gun and call the local heating and air conditioning company for them to send out a certified heat and a/c specialist to come and repair my central heating and cooling system. Otherwise it would have been a waste of much money just to have them tell me a fuse blew and for them to come in and out and charge me several hundred bucks for that. Always troubleshoot issues with your central heating and air conditioning system before calling your local heat and a/c company. It could save you a lot of money in the end. I learned this very long ago!

Back in the day when I was growing up we did not have any kind of air conditioning in the house.

• We had window fans.

These used to work really good unless there was a heatwave going on. Which at that point we would just go stay with family who had window air conditioning systems. But these days looking back, using a window fan just doesn’t work when it is moderately hot. This I believe is due to the climate change that we all are facing. The only way to keep cool is with some kind of air conditioning. I am lucky enough today to have a really great central heating and cooling unit. I actually invested in one of the best central heating and air conditioning systems on the market today. I wanted to make sure that I had the very best in air conditioning because the summers have been pretty hot as of the last few years. And this central heating and air conditioning system does not disappoint at all. It really does the job well in cooling my home when the weather gets really bad and also the central heating and air conditioning system came with a smart thermostat. These smart thermostats really come in handy and make running the central heat and a/c unit so much more easier. I do at times wish that the window fans still would work great. But sadly those days are long gone. Climate change is here to stay and the central air conditioning system is really the only way to guarantee to be nice and cool in the hot summers.

 

Home comfort business

I had bought a portable space heater and it did not work.

I was pretty mad about this.

Because I paid good money for it. It was supposed to be the best portable space heater on the market today. Just by my luck I ended up getting one that had a factory defect. So I went back to the store I bought it from and told them I wanted to return it. They of course had to test it out first to make sure that I was not lying or maybe I overlooked something. But when they tried it they seen it did not work. The store offered me 2 options. I could either just get my money back or I could get a new portable space heater in the same brand and see if that also had a factory defect. I took the option of trying another portable space heater. Because I really wanted this for my bedroom when it got cold. It was a way for me to save money on my monthly heating bills by using the portable space heater instead of having to crank my central heating and air conditioning system unit. When I took home the replacement space heater and tried it out it actually worked! I was so happy at this point. I did not have to return the portable space heater again. And ever since then I have been saving money on my energy use. Within the first month I already began to notice a reduction in the cost of the energy bill.

 

Quality heating

I have been dealing with super bad air quality just in the bedroom of my home.

The reason for this is unknown.

But I knew I had to do something about it. Getting a whole home air purification system was out of the question. Those things are so darn expensive that to invest in a whole home air purification system just for one room would be ridiculous. So I tried to find the most cheap solution by asking around. What I found out was the perfect solution was just to buy a portable air purification system from the local outlet store. With the portable air purification system I can just keep it in the bedroom and it should be good enough to clean the indoor air quality all together. I went out and bought the portable air purification system and that portable air purification system did the trick just as I thought. It made it so that my bedroom no longer had super bad air quality! I could not believe it! I really and truly could not believe it! The portable air purification system really was able to clean the indoor air quality in my bedroom! I did not think anything would be possible to accomplish this other than a whole home air purification system which as I said before, would have been way too expensive just for an air quality issue with one room. So hooray for heating and cooling technology and the way it was able to create these portable air purification systems to be able to save money when you have a small air quality issue.

I have been enjoying my smart thermostat for a long while now.

At least 3 years.

It is really the best thing I have ever seen in modern heating and air conditioning technology. But lately I have been reading the facts about them possibly making an even more advanced smart thermostat. They did not give too many details on what would be done to make it more advanced, but they said that this new smart thermostat they are experimenting with should be available to the general public within the next year or two. Who knows what they have on the back burner or what. But if it ends up coming out and sounds beneficial to me, I will be the first in line to buy that brand new and very advanced smart thermostat. I was taken away by how good this current smart thermostat is. I can not imagine what could make it even better. I mean it helps me save tons on my energy bills, I can control my central heating and air conditioning system from virtually anywhere in the world if I wanted to and also it makes turning the heat and a/c unit on and off so much more convenient. If I am relaxing at home and feel it is too hot or too cold I can just punch a button on my cell phone and will not have to get up and go to the thermostat on the wall in the hallway to physically turn it off. This smart thermostat is so wonderful! No wonder it is called a smart thermostat!
