I think that doing some changes & updating the Heating & Air Conditioning plan in his existing house would make a lot more sense than for him to try to buy an current house altogether. If he replaces the windows & doors & the Heating & Air Conditioning system, then his beach house would be much more energy efficient than it is now. I want a new temperature control for our anniversary next week.

I am genuinely aware of the fact that asking for a new temperature control is kind of a unusual thing to do.
