I’m a fairly easy going sort of animal mostly.

• Sure, I have to come entirely correct now & again inside the zone controlled Heating & A/C of the office.

That’s not all that often to be honest. And really, my type of management is not outdated school intimidation & fear… I find that my friend and I tend to pull together & work toward respected goals when my friend and I have a stake in what we’re doing. So I make sure that all the people on my team have an input as to our direction & goals. That doesn’t necessarily mean that I won’t pull someone into my office for some actual accountability. I have a temperature control component in my office & I consistently go for a bit of additional cooling while my friend and I were in these sorts of rare instances. The added air conditioner comfort helps me keep my cool as well. I’m not an immense stickler for much of anything in my professional & personal life other than respect. And that comes to respecting devices as well. I guess in my life, I look after all of the investments that come with my life! Whether it’s the motorcar or the Heating & A/C devices, I believe in respected maintenance. There just isn’t any replacement for good Heating & A/C maintenance. For one, it consistently ensures that the Heating & A/C appliance will be running at top performance. That also means that the Heating & A/C appliance will be at its most efficient as well. That saves a pretty good amount when it comes to the cost of heating & cooling one’s dwelling. But perhaps the most tremendous benefit of consistent, seasonal Heating & A/C maintenance is the longevity it produces for the long life of the heating & cooling appliance.

But perhaps the biggest benefit of consistent, seasonal HVAC maintenance is the longevity it produces for the long life of the heating and cooling equipment.

a/c tune up

I was on a business trip for my job and I had to stay at this small hotel.

It wasn’t the best place in the world but it was nice. What really shocked me though was that the air conditioning in the hotel was beyond great! I had stayed at ritzy high class hotels in the past that did not even have this great of air conditioning. So this was the big surprise to me at the hotel. As a matter of fact, the air conditioning was so good I almost did not want to go out and do the business that I was there to do and what they were paying my costs at the hotel for! I could have stayed there for a long time and just relaxed and even slept with the great indoor comfort of that wonderful central or commercial heating and air conditioning system cooling that they had going on in that place! I guess it goes to show that it does not matter if the hotel is small or big, it is all on the management on how good the heating and air conditioning is in a hotel. And this management was the best I have to say. Not only because they had the great and most top quality air conditioning, but because they were also very nice and professional. Whenever I needed something they would help me right away. Another unusual thing for such a small hotel. I learned a lot in the way of hotels by all the great experience I had at this otherwise not so great place to stay. But because of the air conditioning and the wonderful management it was great.

Cooling expert

I recently took a train across state to go on a short business trip.

It was about a 3 hour train ride.

And I have to tell you that I did not want to get off that train! The air quality was so great it really blew my mind. Usually while on trains or any other kind of public transportation the air quality is bad. But not on this train. On this train the air quality was so great that one would have thought that they had something like a whole home air purification system on this train. I know that was not the case, but it sure felt like it! On top of the great air quality that they had they also had really great air conditioning. It was a hot day when I took this train, and I was also not expecting the top quality air conditioning that was there. This train really cared about the indoor comfort of the people riding it. This is a rare thing. I guess maybe because the train also traveled long distance and had sleeper cars. Much like staying at a hotel if you were on it for a week or something. So I guess now that I think about it, maybe that is why they take pride in the air quality as well as the air conditioning. I bet on cold days in the winter time months of the year they also take pride in their heating as well. They would have to because if the air conditioning is this good the heating will be the same.
New HVAC systems

The heating system in the office where I work is really not that great. The owner of the company told us before we left for our holiday break that he was going to have the commercial HVAC company come and take a look at it, but now that we are back at work I don’t really think that he did anything about it at all. I think that he probably told all of the employees there that he was going to have the ventilation system cleaned while we were gone. But I don’t really think that he went through with it at all. It would have cost him a lot of money, after all. The indoor air quality in our building has never really been all that great, to be honest with you. It’s like we are constantly having trouble with either the air conditioning system or the ventilation system or the heating. Not only that, but for some reason, the thermostat settings just go up and down all the time at random. It’s really annoying and I know that the owner of the building realizes this. Employees here complain about it literally all the time, and some of those complaints definitely get back to him. I don’t know why he would lie about getting the ductwork cleaned out and the commercial HVAC company coming to do some upgrades, though. Maybe he just thought that we wouldn’t need proof of it, like better air quality and better working conditions. I guess that just goes to show you how smart he thinks we all are.
