So the reality of automatically having a nicer life than our parents wasn’t at all assured. The two of us came to learn that pretty quickly as both of us were finally working full time plus still, both of us were doing our best to make it by. This caused us to sort of change our trajectory plus basically be grateful for what both of us had plus perhaps simplify our lives a bit. That’s what both of us did plus both of us focused on raising our kids. Once both of us replaced the Heating & A/C appliances in the family dwelling plus sold it, both of us weren’t sure what to do next. The simplified life took on an ecological perspective once the grandkids were born plus temperature changes became a solid fact. The two of us felt it was necessary to do what we could for the environment so both of us built a much smaller dwelling plus chose a geothermal heat pump for our heating plus cooling. This heating plus cooling appliance is the most sustainable outside of solar power. The two of us want to do all we can in order to help change the trajectory of temperature change plus consumption in our lives so our grandchildren will be able to enjoy their lives.

My Granny wanted to move to a retirement village
My Granny has decided that he finally wants to transport into a local retirement neighborhood plus I told Granny that I would help her get his home ready to sell.
However, the realtor told us that before every one of us even considered putting the home up on the market, that every one of us needed to get a new Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system.
I know my Granny’s Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system is super ancient plus depleted plus nobody wants to buy a home if it does not have a very high quality, high efficiency Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system in it anymore. At least, that is what the realtor told us. I absolutely can’t say that I 100% trust this person because I have never worked with this recognizable realtor before. However, I know he knows what he is talking about since he is a professional in the realty business. I just don’t understand why it’s so darn important to have a new Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system plus my Granny’s home before every one of us put it on the market. It seems like every one of us could go on plus list it plus see if every one of us get any interest without a new Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system getting installed in it. I know the realtor is just trying to get top dollar for my Granny plus also because of the commission that he is going to get from selling it! I don’t know. Either way, I know that every one of us are going to have to go ahead plus start finally working with a reputable Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company to get the heating plus cooling system replaced. My Granny told me that he also wants to get the duct job professionally cleaned in the home so every one of us can write that on the listing information sheet as well.
Our cousin doesn’t have air conditioner
Our cousin lives up in the mountains plus they don’t have air conditioner in their house.
Shey says that they would rarely ever need it plus so they just never had it installed in their home up there. When she first told me about this, I was easily shocked. After all, the 2 of us grew up in a rural space of the country where the air conditioner is basically the most important thing that there is in the house. My cousin grew up right down the street from me, plus they constantly thought the same thing. Until she moved away a couple of years ago, air conditioner was a huge space of their lives. So whenever I was planning a trip out to visit her, she warned me that she didn’t have air conditioner in their new house. When he first told me that, I was flabbergasted. I had no system that she was living up there in the mountains without air conditioner. It was the weirdest thing that I had ever heard before. I know coming from the locale where every one of us grew up, air conditioner is just as respected as breathing air. You have to have air conditioner during the Summer time because the heat is just so oppressive without it. As far as I knew, she had moved to a locale that was legitimately much like the locale that every one of us all grew up. However, according to my cousin, the mountains are completely different. She said that it’s dry plus cool most of the time plus there’s lots of shade everywhere. She said that even if they did have a central air conditioner in their new house, they really would not ever use it.
