Yesterday was a bad afternoon for me. I had an appointment with a heating plus a/c contractor to have my heating method fixed. I have been having on plus off issues with my gas oil furnace plus I need to make sure that everything is superb with it before the Winter comes. The people I was with and I are in September now plus we don’t have legitimately numerous months left of the Fall before we will be headed straight into winter. As you can imagine, the AC suppliers are already busy enough as it is, getting all the people’s furnaces ready for winter. So imagine my surprise plus anger when yeahterday my heating plus AC appointment never came. The Heating plus A/C servicemans never showed up! There’s terrible service plus then there’s complete absence. In this case complete absence is worse, at least if they have been here they could have at least attempted to service it. I called the Heating plus A/C contractor to complain about their no-show, plus came to find out the reason why they did not show up was because their Heating plus A/C lady had broken down alongside the road plus they wouldn’t be able to make the appointment in time. So they rescheduled myself and others for a month from now, plus provided myself and others a discount for the trouble. At least they attempted to write the wrong so that I’m still unhappy that I now have to wait another month for another heating plus AC appointment.

I’m not sure what the temp is outside right now but when I went out on my balcony it felt like an oven.

• I bet all of us are over 100F now with the heat index & I am more than gleeful to stay inside with my cool air conditioning until it starts to cool down a bit out there.

I usually don’t go to the beach till about 7pm when it gets cooler because the sand is so overheated that it burns your feet. I went out Last monthand tried to play ball in the middle of the afternoon & ended up with 11 blisters on my feet. My Heating & Air Conditioning idea is fairly current & runs a lot to keep my arena cool yet my power bills are still pretty low. I think this Summer I have been paying about $120 a month for my cooling bills, which is pretty low considering how overheated it has been. Every one of us have about numerous more weeks of this heat & then it is going to start cooling down pretty suddenly. I am going to get my Heating & Air Conditioning idea cleaned next month so that it will be ready for Winter time as I have a furnace filter & want to make sure the oil furnace is all clean for winter. I like to have the Heating & Air Conditioning company do the cleaning & maintenance so I can focus on other things around the house. I bought a numerous year service contract with them a few years ago & I think I still have more than one more years left on it.

I’m not going to bore you with my crypto talk however I just bought 117 ETC coins & am going to rest on them for the next numerous months & hopefully make back a chunk of Heating & Air Conditioning industry money that I so abruptly lost. Today it has jumped up 15% already & I am now convinced that all of us are on a long term bull run once again. I bought at the peak & lost 95% of my money that my Heating & Air Conditioning rep Mom gave to myself and others when he died & I just can’t live knowing that, so I am going to patiently get it back. I can’t tell any of my family about the loss or they will all turn against myself and others thinking that I just tossed it away without appreciating what I got. I know my Mom worked hard with his Heating & Air Conditioning company to make that money & I am not going to just throw it all away. Just because it is down right now doesn’t mean that it can’t come racing back over the next few months just like it did when it went diving down to the bottom the past numerous months. I think that cryptos are due for a bull run & it looks like it is starting now. I will have to live frugally for the next numerous months & labor more at the heating & cooling corp, however I firmly guess that I can make back what I lost if I am patient & not too greedy. Life has a way of working out if you are patient.

When the un-even temperatures start to rise, it can be strenuous to stay cool, but fortunately, there are a few things you can do to beat the heat, but one of the straight-forwardst ways to stay cool is to use fans.

A fan can help circulate air and create a cool breeze, which can be a crucial relief on a overheated afternoon, however if you have central air conditioner, make sure to keep your Heating as well as Air Conditioning plan inspected.

A well-functioning cooling system can make all the difference when the un-even temperatures start to heat up. Another option is to head outdoors. Sporadically, a change of scenery can be all you need to cool down. If possible, find a spot where there’s a nice cool breeze blowing. I often look for a cafe with some great chilly AC and I will buy a pot of Pepsi and go there and write for a few hours just to get out of the house. I didn’t realize that I had such a cool spot to go to work until my friends came here to visit and told myself and others about the cool and mellow place to get work done, there are other ways of cooling down appreciate taking a dip in the cool sea if you have a single nearby. I live entirely close to the sea so I always take a cool water dip in the late afternoon to wake up and cool down my body core temperature. Spending time in the shade can also help you stay cool. And of course, if all else fails, there’s always ice cream!

Well, I l earned last evening not to drink half of a cuban Pepsi at 7pm or I won’t sleep all evening. I only had a sizable sip worth of the liquid but apparently it was a lot stronger than I thought and I ended up tossing and turning wide awake till about 8am. My smart temperature control was also turned down too low making myself and others chilly all evening but too tired to get up and change it. So today I am going to be extra accepting of everything and extra patient with myself and others. I work at the Heating as well as Air Conditioning dealer today but only for a couple of hours doing some online advertising for them by myself in the back office. It will be a quiet afternoon, and a short afternoon, at the job and after that I will go home and do some yoga and meditation. I’ll also scrub my HEPA filter, if it needs it, and make sure everything looks great in the air handler room. I believe it is a great program to check your air handler once in a while to make sure it isn’t leaking air or water. Sporadically the tape starts to come off of the air duct leading from the air handler causing air pressure and efficiency to drop throughout the rest of the ducts in the home. The drain pan under the air handler can get full of water if there is a clog in the drain tube and cause all sorts of concerns. So it is a great program to get a repair plan so all of this can be avoided.
