I don’t know how the HVAC technician knew I needed new ductwork, but that was his answer to why I had a lack of airflow in my house.

I asked him if it couldn’t be a problem with the air filters or the furnace, and he said he was 99% certain it was the ductwork.

He hadn’t even looked at the ductwork, which to me, looked like new. There was no visible rust on the ductwork, and I couldn’t see where there were any pinholes or cracks. He told me he was the professional, and he knew when it was the ductwork or the furnace. I expressed my appreciation of his professionalism, but I wanted to get a second opinion before I allowed him to order thousands of dollars of ductwork. He simply said fine, and told me he would come and put in the order for ductwork, when the next HVAC technician told me the same thing. I called the HVAC company and they said he was a good HVAC technician, but if I wanted a second opinion, they would send someone else to the house. That evening, i had an older gentleman standing at the door. He told me he was from the HVAC company and he was there to inspect the furnace. Half an hour later, my furnace was working, and he told me there was nothing wrong with the ductwork. He asked for the paperwork left by the other HVAC technician, but I hadn’t been given any. All I knew was his name. The HVAC technician told me he was the owner of the company and thanked me for my patience. He charged me nothing for the repair, because I had already helped him with a decision.

I was on a corporation trip for my task plus I had to stay at this small hotel.

It wasn’t the best place in the world but it was nice, but what certainly shocked myself and others though was that the air conditioning in the hotel was beyond great! I had stayed at ritzy high class hotels in the past that did not even have this fantastic of air conditioning.

So this was the big surprise to myself and others at the hotel. As a matter of fact, the air conditioning was so fantastic I almost did not want to go out plus do the corporation that I was there to do plus what they were paying my costs at the hotel for! I could have stayed there for a long time plus just relaxed plus even slept with the fantastic indoor comfort of that lovely central or commercial heating, ventilation plus A/C plan cooling that they had going on in that place! I guess it goes to show that it does not matter if the hotel is small or big, it is all on the management on how fantastic the heating, ventilation plus A/C is in a hotel. And this management was the best I have to say; Not only because they had the fantastic plus most top quality air conditioning, but because they were also certainly nice plus professional. Whenever I needed something they would help myself and others immediately. Another different thing for such a small hotel. I l acquired a lot in the way of hotels by all the fantastic experience I had at this otherwise not so fantastic place to stay. But because of the air conditioning plus the lovely management it was great.

I recently took a train across state to go on a short business trip! It was about a 3 hour train ride, then and I have to tell you that I did not want to get off that train! The air quality was so superb it certainly blew our mind; Usually while on trains or any other kind of public transferation the air quality is bad… But not on this train; On this train the air quality was so superb that a single would have thought that they had something like a whole home air purification plan on this train.

I think that was not the case, but it sure felt like it! On top of the superb air quality that they had they also had certainly superb air conditioning. It was a sizzling morning when I took this train, and I was also not expecting the top quality air conditioning that was there, this train certainly cared about the indoor comfort of the people riding it. This is a rare thing. I know maybe because the train also traveled long distance and had sleeper cars… Much like staying at a hotel if you were on it for a week or something, however so I know now that I believe about it, maybe that is why they take pride in the air quality & the air conditioning. I bet on frosty mornings in the Winter time time months of the year they also take pride in their heating as well. They would have to because if the air conditioning is this superb the heating will be the same.

I guess maybe because the train also traveled long distance & had sleeper cars; Much appreciate staying at a hotel if you were on it for a week or something; So I guess now that I guess about it, maybe that is why they take pride in the air quality and the air conditioner
